Honeymoon planning in slovenia

Hi guys!!

I am planning my honeymoon from 17 Sep - 1 Oct in slovenia and croatia.....
I am planning to go to lake bled on 26 and 27 Sep .... I have heard amazing reviews of plitvice lakes... is it advisable to go there in Sep...what is the route and which mode of travel would be ideal...
Which place in slovenia honeymoon shus i visit from plitvice lakes for 2 nights and 3 days which is the time available to me before departing back from vienna......
Any personal suggestions regarding more travel in croatia or slovenia most welcome.

I have seen photos from that area, and it's certainly a great place to honeymoon at!
