Winter can come early at Glacier N.P. and doesn't always wait for fall to finish.

Almost looks like fall has hardly begun. If you had said this was a collage of two different pictures, I would believe it as the juxtaposition of snow and green trees is a bit jarring.

The snow in the back layer is so distinct from the front, that this creates a real unique feel.
