Here is another one from my most recent escapade to Mt. Seymour.
The accompanying silence disturbed from time to time by the burst of the sunlight was bringing to life all the elements of the landscape: the snow was becoming more vivid, the trees were turning into quasi-alive, almost human-like creatures. Even though the whole process was developing and recurring in almost absolute silence, I could still feel that omnipresent energy coming from the sun.

Wonderful Artur - I think I like this one even better than the other one. I like that the trees are larger in the scene and how the sun fills the open spot between them.

Agreed, this comp shines... The Sun's defused brilliance coupled with the evergreens frozen burden makes a great view sitting here next to the wood stove.

'Nuther nod to this one Artur - I love the shapes of pristine snow in a scene like this where none of it has fallen off the trees since the storm stopped.

Great shot, I see here the full power of winter and can just imagine what you had to do to get here. The fog, the snow the trees and the sun all work together to create a magic mood.
