Well Jim if you want snow images you should find some here and in the Springs. it is supposed to be cloudy and snowing most of the day Friday and snowing all day Saturday. The Storm is supposed to move out of here Saturday night and leave clear skies and warmer weather on Sunday. I'm thinking of going up to Red Rocks on Sunday if the weather is clear!
It is not too heavy and wet on the upper layers which were deposited while it was very cold out, temp in the 20s.That looks like wet and very heavy stuff to clear out. Ugh. Looks pretty when you don't have to shovel it

Wow! So suddenly, out of nowhere, half a meter of snow fell? And autumn was??? The leaves on the tree indicate this, but the snow covered them perfectly..Well the weather man did it again; he forecasted 1-2 inches of snow over night and this is what I wok up to! An early morning view from my front porch, And to add insult to injury he now project another 5 to 10 inches of the white stuff to fall between now and Saturday evening!
Hi Peter it was a surprise in the amount of snow we are getting, the weather man said about 1-3 inches and now it has been up grades to 6-12 inches or about 1/3 meter.
