Lots of work here Vieri, and well done. I enjoyed and appreciated the effort and presentation even though Hasselblad is well out side my financial range.
Hey Ben, thank you very much!

Glad you enjoyed the read!
Very good review and the work you put into running the lens through it's paces shows. Like Ben I have to admit that Hasselblad gear is well beyond my pay grade although its highly droolworthy.
Thank you very much Alan, glad you liked the review!
Very thorough as usual, Vieri. Hasselblad's timing, when most of the world is in lockdown & many people have lost their income is, to say the least, questionable. Like you, I usually put one lens (usually the 45mm) on my camera & don't change it in the field as that huge sensor is a bear to clean. Maybe if it had been released with the original body.........but then, I bought mine used & beggars can't be choosers.
Thank you very much Monika, glad you enjoyed the read!
About the lockdown, for me, that some businesses at least are still open is a sign that life is going on and the world is going on (or trying to), and it gives me hope and a sense of optimism for an outcome as quick and positive as possible. I am not sure whether Hasselblad is actually still open for business or not, but I hope they are - generally speaking, I am really glad to see that there are businesses working, regardless of what they produces, be it high priced goods or low priced goods. Personally, I also hope that people that could buy Hasselblad (or anything, really) these days, of course with no financial repercussions on their survival (i.e., I am not advocating to buy a ton of lenses and then starve, not at all

), will go on and do so, rather than wait - if everyone waited to buy things, these days, the world's economy would collapse even worse than the way it already is doing, which won't help the economy and make even more people lose their income, which is not something we want to see.
About my personal copy of the lens, I ordered it in June 2019, as soon as it was possible to order one, my copy has been delivered to my dealer in Milan in mid-February while I was abroad running Workshops, and I could only pick it up in mid-March on my way home after the last Workshop I led in Scotland, so I think Hasselblad is innocent of corporate greed - in my particular case, at least
Best regards,
Vieri
