In the North of Scotland for New Year. Nice weather so went out to photograph 2 local attractions.
1.Newly painted Craigievar Castle known as the pink castle.

The pink castle looks like there is no shortage of stairs to climb inside. I'd imagine some nice views from the top floors

I like the low mist over the valley in the second image. Nice way to start your new year.

Lovely images Ken... I wonder about the first one being a real Scottish castle. Our B&B host in Inverness assured us that the Scotts love their castles without ceilings and half the walls falling in. . We missed seeing that great 'Pink Castle'.
