So...I took this image about 3 years ago. It is kind of my first image of an inanimate subject/s. The city of Anaheim was just completing the ARTIC building, (in purple), and they reached out to purchase the image for marketing and online materials. The great thing for me...this was the last fireworks show of the year at Angel's stadium. At the time, fireworks proceeded every Friday night home game. This happened to be the last Friday home game that particular season. The station's exterior was complete and it was scheduled to open that same November. There was probably no other image available that included fireworks at the time. They could not recreate the idea until 7 months later when the new season started. I used it as a bargaining chip. They offered $100 for perpetual license usage. We settled on $1000.

My wife's friend works for a city official's office.
