Getting ready.. (Also my new screen saver)

I'm already looking at destinations for the Fall and looks like I'll head back here . This was one from my run through the area in 2016. Might have even been the night I met Jim over at the lookout.
This is cropped from a large group of images I stitched together and have all sorts of room stuff etc to rework all around this crop.
The heat here (north east) is driving me pretty crazy so looking at fall images are cooling me down a bit.

Nice scene for a screen background. I love the colors of the changing aspen contrasting the oranges and reds of the surrounding fall colors.

I wish we had aspen in the NW forests but you have to get east of the Cascades to see them.

Yep, I think this might have been when we met up there. It was fun to get together and hang out.

This is a sweet shots, the fall colors and the color in the sky are great.

It’s funny I was just at the Dallas Divide and shot the sunrise a few days ago and there was no one else there but me. It’s amazing how having all of the trees green keeps everyone away.

I love this spot, Dean. And you caught it so well. I'm looking for John Wayne riding through one of the green patches.

It also gets me thinking of fall and a trip out west.
