Geminid Meteor Shower

The Geminid Meteor shower is peaking tonight Dec 13. Is anyone going to go shoot it?

This one totally snuck up on me. I had wanted to go shoot this several months ago, but now that it's here, I may be too far behind on everything to go do it. Still trying to see if maybe I head out to Joshua Tree about midnight or so.

I was just about to come post in this forum.

I am parking at Los Trancos, (Crystal Cove), walking through the tunnel under PCH and through the small village and walk down the beach southwards about 1/2 mile. I should be around "Reef Point" from 7-10pm tonight. It's not Joshua Tree visibility, but from "Reef Point" you get some fairly decent clarity with all of the major light pollution several miles away behind you since El Moro is all wilderness.

Anyways, I'm going to give it a shot.
