I was looking through last years NHRA event images last year and came across this image and decided to see if I could improve on the original. It was created during midday light which is always the toughest. Let me know what you think.

I like the heat ripple effect on the right rear. I guess a bit on the left side too. Must be one hot ride.

Interesting vehicle - not something I have been around a lot. The heat coming out of the exhausts is incredible with flames just visible on the driver's side.

That must be very noisy to shoot, I would think the ground would vibrate with the noise.

Yes it’s loud but this is why I wear custom earplugs.

Funny is a misnomer with those cars, they’re wicked mean. Excellent shot and the heat waves add to the ambiance.
