Friends just gabbing away along the sidewalk in Glendale CA.

For some of the Street photography I did, I would hold the phone down by my leg while walking and I would just press the shutter button on the phone when I thought something looked interesting. That way no one ever noticed me. I used the 24mm lens on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, with the idea I could crop if needed, though all of the ones I took I think framed up nicely. This one is at a bit of an angle but I think it is fine. This was one of the first I tried, after that I paid more attention to making sure the phone was closer to level.

All comments are welcome,

Jim

Stealthy way to get candid shots. Not exactly a ghetto area of the town judging by the vehicles parked along the street.

Yeah, it worked pretty well. It won't be perfect, but I think it will work well enough.

Yep, Glendale is next to Pasadena, it's a rather ritzy area. Lot's of businesses and restaurants line the street. There is some homeless there too, but overall it's upper middle class I would say.
