The RM-25 is the Four Star Series 25 lb capacity (2 oz increments) portion scale with a 30-degree viewing angle face, a rotating dial, and a large 8 3/4" x 7" stainless steel platform.

Neat scale. Any idea of its age?

When I was a graduate student working in Petra Jordan we pondered over Greco-Roman tech daily during our excavations so I understand the task. Luckily for me the 2000 year old tech was a lot simpler to figure out than what an archaeologist 2000 years from now will think when they see our present day decomposing tech
