Flames of Fall

This is from Boreas Pass in Colorado this last fall. This was my view about 180 degrees behind yesterdays post http://focalworld.com/index.php?threads/burning-on-boreas.1298/#post-8705 . As you can imagine, it was quite a struggle knowing which direction to shoot in. This is a slight crop as the clouds extended even further almost looking like horns of fire, but decided I liked this slightly tighter view of the clouds.

All comments are welcome,

Jim

Not knowing which way to shoot next with such colorful skies - nice problem to have. I like what you have framed under those skies as there is a nice symmetry of the scattered trees leading towards the mountain behind.

Another delightful scene, Jim! I can echo Alan on your comp, and can easily see the difficulties in picking a pov. Indeed a tough problem to have! :)
