Falls of Killin in Fall

Just before arriving at Loch Tay, underneath Ben Lawers in the Highlands, you pass through the Village of Killin. The falls are more a series of rapids, which can be extremely dramatic and fast flowing in wet years - there are a lot of those in Scotland!

Quite the checklist in this one Martin - fall colors, water feature and a rainbow all at once. Nice combination for this scene.

There is a dust bunny just under the rainbow up near the top of the image.

Hey Martin,

What a cool scene with that Rainbow! This does look more like rapids then a waterfall but it's a cool area for sure. I think I would do a bit more shadow recovery and then an equal amount of highlight recovery to lessen the contrast on the left side with those deep shadows and blown out water. That's not very easy lighting to have shot in.

Thanks for pointing it out. Now removed! QC was down for a mo - I must have thought it was on my screen!
