Fall colors in Yosemite query

Hoping to catch Fall colors. Are there any recent visitors that can comment?

Not recent Dan, but it would seem a little too early still? I am hoping to get up there the first week of November or so. That is if they will hold out until then.

Jim, I figured if I started asking early, I would'nt miss it!
I was thinking in the next week to 10 days & I would steal a day or two up there.

Jim, well my visit to Yosemite is now just opportunity driven. I am going up early on Oct 30th & spending two nights in Wawona with my BIL.
That means I will be there Nov 1 for at least til sun down if the prospects for shooting looks good.
Are you still planning on going?
