I went into the Southern Adirondacks this weekend just to recon the early signs of fall, and was surprised to find a couple of "hot spots" with real fall conditions already. Here's the sampling:

Delightful preview of fall Bart. I like all of them but the one that jumped out for my eyes was the third one with the misty water and the layers the mist created in the foliage.

Looks like lots more to come too.

Hey Bart,

What a great surprise this must have been for you. It's impossible to pick favorites, but I will. :)

I will choose #1 and 3 as the stand outs.

It's almost that time for most of us, but Bart you got to open some Christmas presents early!

Bart, I'm sure those colors came out just for you. You never disappoint. Looking forward to the peak season.

I like the mystery the fog creates and also subduing the tones of high contrast colors.

Superb, Bart. I love the mist in the first 3 and the lovely Fall colours in 1, 3 and 4. The misty atmosphere in no 2 with its ghostly trees is well seen and nicely done. Hope you get some more good days out there! :)
