Very cool Alan! And a Bee to boot! What a great addition to this image. Hopefully they last long. My daughter has a few around her house in Colorado, I had photographed one in the front yard a few days ago as it looked great, but then the next day I notice a bunch of petals missing and laying on the ground. So I am not sure if squirrels or 6 year old kids are the most dangerous to have around sunflowers?

Thanks Jim - this is from a few years back and I honestly don't recall how long it lasted. Most of them got pretty much ravaged as the seeds ripened by both the birds as well as the squirrels. We did have some growing out in a parking strip a couple of years ago and some kid(s) whacked the tops off. They didn't actually take the bloom - just cut them off and left them. We haven't grown any since.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
