It was cold at that mountain lake, but nothing like the cold weather in Denver today -8 degrees F this morning and the high today expected to be 6 degrees F!!

Hi Jon Thanks for the comments and explanation of brass monkey weather! .
We are having brass monkey weather this weekend, high temp 2 to 6 degrees F and low temps between -4 and -11 degrees F and a light breeze. That definitely sounds like brass monkey weather to me!
