There are over 6000 different plants in the gardens here, great many are of collections and some have crazy prices, but are also very rare. I'll post a rare one next

Good observation & question, Eric. My guess is that it's a cut flower as people will often remove those in cut specimens to make them last longer.

All Day Lilly are edible and can be used either in a salad to add colors or filled in with say a salmon or ham mouse, decos on a cake etc. But, you have to take the pistils out first!
