DJI Care/Refresh fantastic service

Crashed my mini 3 pro into a river, somehow managed to fly it out of the river and landed it. But the drone would not takeoff afterwards. I sent it in to DJI expecting to pay for replacement service. Within 2 business days of receiving the drone DJI inspected the drone, declared a gimbel wire needed to be replaced and sent me a $70 bill which they credited to zero. I had to ask how to pay a zero invoice, customer service declared it paid and then said they would ship a new drone and controller instead of repairing mine. New drone and controller got back to me 5 days after they received my soggy drone.

They work very hard at not allowing any chance of a complaint and the speed of their service is great. So I just extended my service agreement for another year for $79.

That's a really great story Tim! It's heart wrenching to crash a drone, but DJI has brought some joy to the process.
