Crashing into Infrared

This car looks like it crashed right into the middle of an IR scene!

From the International Car Forest in Goldfield, Nevada a week ago. It's a fun place to make compositions of multiple cars in one scene, or it's pretty easy to isolate some of them as I did here.

Nikon D7100 converted to 590nm

Yep, like it just fell out of the sky. Really nice gold on the foliage!

Are you using the eyedropper to set CB, or using a custom camera profile?

I think this guy forgot to use his brakes to save his drink.... So maybe using the brakes is preferred?

I use both. I have a Custom Profile setup that I use in ACR. So that get's the WB closer to normal, but then I use the eye dropper and I draw a rectangle around the outside of the image and that gives me the final WB.
