This is in someplace in the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge where I used to go a couple times each year for birds. But I found this stream with the reeds and beautiful clouds and decided to share this today.

Thanks, I was wondering if it would cause a problem. When I first posted this, People thought I should clone the foreground reeds out.

Very pleasant and peaceful looking scene. The foreground reeds are notable but cloning them all out might be more trouble than it's worth. I'd leave it as is myself....

Very nice Ben! I really like this.

As for those foreground reeds, they don’t bother me really. I would have tried to get more of them or less, but then I also know from shooting in similar areas that just isn’t always possible, so for me knowing that I think helps me to not be as bothered by it.

Thanks Jim, yes, as I recall I found the best hole in the reeds to avoid completly obsuring the scene. I was there in later years and never found a good picture, either low water or even more reeds.

Hello Ben, great looking stream! about the reeds, my suggestion in cases such as this is always "either in or out", in this particular situation I would rather see more reeds in the FG or none at all... hope that makes sense
