Hey Craig, that is so wild how the colors turned out. I thought the mother was part of a statue at first she is so white! It's funny how that Christmas tree stands out so differently.

Hi Jim,

LOL yes IR especially for people renders their sky tones ivory , and if they have outstanding veins they will show
up through the skin esp if processing is pushed. The Shooters in Asia and Indonesia have been using different IR filters and
wavelengths that make it where the Skin Tones with a little work appear normal and the surround foliage and things really show some
nice IR effects.

The Tree came out like that not sure if it's real or not, but I did add the Red Ornaments in Post Processing.

Wow, must be a very tame longhorn to get a mother and child on it. The effect here is very neat.
Hi Ben,

Thanks , Yes Peco Bill is very tame and well trained. He's part of the Texas Herd that are very special. They have a Herd of Longhorns there at the Stockyards that are part of the 2 "Traildrives" they have daily, which makes them the longest running Trail Drive . These are magnificiant creatures some over 2000 pounds with their horns almost 5=7 feet span .

What Jim said - I haven't seen a lot of IR people shots so the result is quite different from typical street photography.
Hi Alan, As I'd written to Jim, Portraits in IR are somewhat spooky yet have a certain look and feel when done
right that are stunning. I'm on the Road right now but when we get back home, I'll try to post some links of some
of the better IR Portrait Shooters.

Craig
