This little brown creeper was always around a good part of each day until the recent snow. It often flies down to the ground within a few feet of me to eat, but spends most of its time creeping in energetic spurts up the trees until it is up a distance and then flies to the bottom of the tree to start the journey again. It's been coming 3-4 years, always alone.
Resting on the maple tree when I came around with my dog, it never moved.
Eating suet that I had pushed into the crevice of the mountain ash tree.
