Anyone try the new BlurXTerminator ?
So do you apply this right after color calibration while the image is still in the linear state? Then go on processing as normal? Does this cut our any steps in WBPP?Yes I have. Although pricey for a plugin it does an awesome job. My first quick test below:

Check out Sascha Wynn's video of it and its examples and his other videos as well which are very good.
Thanks Carlos. It is recommended that it is applied right after background extraction and neutralization, so very early in the process. No does not affect WBPP but could replace deconvolution and sharpening if that's part of your PI workflow.
Haha true regarding his website Jim !Since I have StarXTerminator, I plugged my registration in to get the $10 discount, but so far no emails back so I can purchase it. I am ready! I also took the time then to finally put in the order for the NoiseXTerminator, and waiting on that one too. Russell should automate that a bit more, the website reminds me of websites I built by hand 40 years ago. I am sure it's functional, but for as awesome as his Astro is, he really should upgrade his website.
I did enter it, but nothing. I entered my email to get the 3o day trial for BlurXTerminator and got it back immediately into my regular email. I have checked my Junk folders, but nothing so far. So I am playing around with the Trial copy for now.Haha true regarding his website Jim !
I usually get an email within an hour of purchase and did so again with BXT. Did you enter your email and permanent license key on the Purchase page?
Send Russell an email via the support link/page, he usually responds quickly there as well (I reported a bug in BXTI did enter it, but nothing.
