Blood Sky near the Port

Is the sky tint from all of the SoCal smoke? Pretty notable deviation from blue.

Is the sky tint from all of the SoCal smoke? Pretty notable deviation from blue.

Actually, this was about 2-3 weeks ago when it was about to drizzle, but about 2 in the morning the sky does weird things down near the port. Really weird things.. I dont think the fire has changed the ports look yet, its so far away from there, like 40 miles at least... I think some of it has to do with the fumes, oil, toxicity etc... also it may have been an orange moon night..

Hey Dave, yeah there is so much light pollution in the port at night with all those lights all over it. You should call this a Rusty Sky as it looks more like rust then blood. And in the port, there is lots of rust!
