I like the long exposure effect on the rocks - almost looks like clouds below to match the ones above. The long exposure adds a nice effect to the clouds as well. Did you use an ND filter to get up to 13 seconds? How many stops worth of filter? Thnx.

Nice image - agree with Alan on the effect of long exposure. The near rocks look a little soft - some selective added micro contrast and sharpening will fix that easily.

Alan: I shot this scene with 6, 10, and 13 stops of ND (and bare) and the 13 second version was the best compromise. 6 stops didn't simplify the waves moving across the rocks enough, and 13 stops resulted in too much softness from wind (it was gusting pretty badly). This fast moving cloud mimicking the shape of the V shaped opening also worked out really well.

Jameel: I experimented with a little bit of glow in the water and foreground rock which reduced sharpness a bit. I might back off a little before I print.
