Backlit Crocus Colony

Some nice backlighting on a cluster of crocus blooms from yesterday. This shot was processed using the new masking tools in DxO PureRAW 6 (just released today) which allowed me to isolate the denoise/sharpening to the blooms in the center of the scene while leaving the background bokeh alone.

C&C always welcome.

This is beautiful Alan. I keep hearing about DxO PureRAW. I was using Topaas DeNoise and recently quit because I was getting equal results with the built in denoise in Lightroom.
How would you compare DxO PureRAW to the native one in LR?

The native denoise in LR isn't even close. DxO does have a trial period where you can download the application/plug-in and use it for a while for free. You can use it as a plug-in in LR and then export the denoised RAW file back into LR to finish your edits.
