Thanks Alan - Shot this at f/1.2 using a Voigtlander Nokton 35/1.2 (version II). I love the rendering this lens provides.

Love it Bob! You really worked that limited DOF and I love the angle!

What's funny is 2 days ago, I was trying similar type shots with a 35mm f1.4 I had just picked up to use with Astro and the Milky Way. But I have been playing with it a bit. I can tell you, even though I grew up with manual focus cameras, I much prefer autofocus now. At f1.4 trying to get the focus right was a pain in the butt. I can only image how it was at f1.2. Maybe I will resurrect the Weekend Challenge thread and we could do a Challenge where you had to capture images with it (non-Astro) and use it wide open for Limited DOF.

Thanks Jim. I still love MF lenses but I have more AF zooms and use them more and more the older I get. I like the idea of the weekend challenge . . . could be a lot of fun.
