A tree blooming at Oak Glen near Riverside. The apple season is upon us in SoCal.

Interesting. The way this is framed with the shallow DOF it almost looks like an orchard of miniature trees.

Hey Ryan,

This is a well composed scene. The tree being sharp and in focus in the center balances well with the out of focus trees trailing away on both sides in the background.

Thanks. You know...I used the 135L lens I "rented" for 6ish months, (bought used for $650, sold for $700). Love that lens, but really didn't need it as I was transitioning into landscape work.

Very nice shallow dof on this sort of subject is not easy to pull off, got to know where to cut off sharp focus and you did it well.
