Pretty good MW for as much light pollution as you had. Both of these work well with the sculptures as silhouettes.

So much crazy light pollution there! Nice work on these. I would clone out the power line and pole in #1.

As a suggestion for next time, you can go up to 20 or even 25 secs at 24mm and get no or minimal star streaking. By doing so will let you shoot at an even lower ISO and get less noise.
