Another spider

The smoke cleared enough to go outside today so I grabbed my gear and stepped out into my backyard. Not much was moving but I found this tiny crab spider or flower spider or who knows what it really is hanging out on my Basil plant. I just love all the eyes that spider have to look at their world.

That is an amazing level of macro detail - both for the spider as well as the basil leaf. Nice capture.

Thanks Kurt.. I use the OM-1 camera with the 90mm. macro from Om-Systems and a diffuser made by Cygnustech. Being able to use a flash really helps to up the f stop.

So cool Trent! This guy looks like he has about 6 eyes! And it's funny, I don't much care for spiders, but somehow with this guy being green I don't feel as bad looking at it.
