The eyes and facial expression have a relaxed feel to them that conveys far more character than the usual posed portraits I so often see. That is a common trait to all of the people images you have posted so far and one I have enjoyed viewing.

He's reluctant to smile cause he's still wearing braces but he already is quite a character

Thanks to both of you

Very nice indeed!

One thing I just noticed. The window reflecting in his left eye isn't reflecting with the same strength in his right eye. I would think it would be the same brightness, but I don't shoot that many portraits so maybe there is a natural explanation? I like it when the eyes have those catch lights I think they are called, so perhaps brighten up the right pupil a bit?

You are right, it was a post process issue, actually this shot, as well as the others from the same point of view, were taken in open space with an overcast sky, there still is a little bit more light on the right side of the pics which shows in all of them but I am better at taking photos than at processing them so I rather do very little adjustments and leave all as it is.

By the way in the pupil I can see myself reflected ;-)
