I had my suspicions about a filter since the mist/fog effect was quite uniform. Adds a nice mood to images like these.
The last one reminds me of my grandparents old house in Pasadena.

Wow Dave! While the rest of us are trying to keep our filters as clean as possible, here you are out scuffing yours up on purpose! You are one different and slightly crazy cat! 
Great shots on these, with everything being wet, the look felt pretty real to me. I think my favorite is the mood of #3.

Interesting stuff, David. Didn't wedding photographers in the old days put Vaseline on their lenses to get a similar effect?

They did, but it only lasted 20 minutes at a time and it eventually got into the camera and the lens many times.
