A snap I took on the fly during a wedding ceremony

The main church where I live is on the way to home, by that time along my photography passion I wanted to like the Fuji ML system and with me in a bag there was the little X-Pro1 with the 35mm which allowed me to take this snap without being noticed, I am pretty proud of this not because of the quality because that's gear's but at how brave I was to take a few steps back and point the camera straight on this guy's face without to fear rejection (this is one of my big deals in life...)

This has a genuine candid feel, as if he never even knew you were there, Good job. Doing this while keeping focus and exposure and getting a decent composition is not all the camera gear but a large part is the photographer.

He look so very sad to me, like he wasn't invited to the wedding but needed to be there :(. Very nice bringing out the emotion.

Hi Giovanni,

This is a really cool shot! The perfect composition too with the contrast of old/new in the one scene. I like that he isn't looking at the camera. I understand feeling a bit nervous about shooting someone so close. I felt the same thing when I was doing some street photography last weekend.

And yes, your quality is awesome here! That sounds like a great little camera to carry around with you.
