Just a few shots from last week's visit to RSPB St. Aidan's reserve. Will be keeping away for a while as they have an outbreak of bird flu, so a lot of deaths

Greylag Goose, Anser anser

Tufted Duck, Aythya fuligula

Mute Swan, Cygnus olor

Black-headed Gull, Chroicocephalus ridibundus

Neat shots - I like the tufted duck and the black-headed seagull. The swans in flight image is quite good too.

These are well done. I like that Black headed gull. I am used to normal all white/gray seagulls, seeing the black head is so different.

That's too bad about the bird flu.

Thank you Alan. Just as an aside, there's no such thing as a seagull, black-headed gull, laughing gull etc, but no seagull. (sorry, pet peeve )
