A Creek and a Flume

This is an infrared capture from 2021 I never worked on and decided to see what I could do with it as a B&W image. The scene is Cedar Creek with the flume that feeds the Cedar Creek Grist Mill. Shot with a 590nm converted Canon 5D MkII with a Kolarivision 720nm filter and converted to B&W using SilverEfex Pro 7.

C&C always welcome.

This is really cool Alan! The composition is great, but the B&W really stands out. I think you need to get your IR going again!

Thanks Jim - My early efforts with 720nm were too focused on sticking with color processing when I should have been going B&W all along. 720nm is pretty much monochrome so heading into B&W seems like the logical choice.
