Reminds me of Cowboy dress up day when I was in elementary school growing up in Phoenix. We used to do that when the big Rodeo was being held at the State Fairgrounds. This guy is just about the right age to remember doing that if he grew up in the area.

Larry always dress like this. He always carry a gun and ride his horse with a cowboy rifle beside the saddle. As soon as the sun is back we will do cowboy/horse shoot outside.
