A close up of one of the turrets at Dunalastair. Birds added in post.

Whitby Abbey. Imposing silhouette standing in the shadow. I liked the leading lines. Birds added in post again.

White Horse. I liked this as an almost "High Key" shot.

I love the shots of the old buildings. Adding in the birds lends a perfect mood for both scenes and especially the first image. The white horse is almost a bit too white for my eyes but it does work quite well.

Thanks. The Turret is my favourite. The delicate leaves work well against the texture of the stonework.

So interesting Neil. I like all 3, it’s cool how #3 turned almost high key.
One thing I noticed on my 1 visit there is that it seemed very common for birds to be flying around those ruins. So you may have added the birds, but they are elements that could be expected to be there.

I think for my favorite I lean to #2 as I really like the way the sun is radiating out from behind the building.

Nah. The horse was there. I have thought about adding a "Unicorn" horn in post though.

These are all grey but my favorite is the first one!
