spent a couple afternoons at White Sands while staying in Las Cruses - looking for the simple shots - one in color and one in BW

Nice images both in different ways.

I might be tempted to clone out the foot steps in the center of the image.

I am probably going to be the contrarian on this one. I really like that second one with the footprints that start out of nowhere and go nowhere

I would be inclined to clean out all other footprints so it looks like clean sand everywhere but there.

I kind of like the footprints, going straight down, too. Maybe crop about half of the bottom dune, though.

Very cool Marcy. White Sands is such a fun place, and it’s great for simple compositions.

it was so hard to find a clean place without trekking out a ways and we did not have the time to do that - thanks for the comments I always like input
