I finally made it to the Canadian Rockies a couple years back. While I had very high expectations, all of them were met or exceeded. This is yet another corner of our natural world that I must return to.

Love the how the cloud shadows play across this beautiful scene. I too would love to get back to the Canadian Rockies someday.

Great shot, like Kyle said, the layers are sweet. What time of year were you there? I'm afraid mid-late summer fires are becoming the norm which puts me off. I'm thinking of a late spring trip next year.
