Where to buy DJI drones in the U.S.

None of the offerings are versions that were boxed up for US consumption and distributed by DJI US sales. Quite unclear where each of the listed vendors actually got the stock they are selling but it wasn't directly from DJI. In the camera sales business this kind of offering was sold as Gray Market versions without manufacturers warranties. The power cord box in the package has plugs for just about every country on the planet and not just the US. Also unclear who is eating the tariffs on these drones since actually buying them from China would incur a tariff close to 50%. Amazon and B&H only started selling these a few weeks back and prior to that most on the Mavic Pilot's Forum were getting them off of eBay from South Korea.

I should add one caveat for new DJI drone models appearing in these lists - they will not be covered by the usual DJI Care extended warranties. DJI for the moment, is holding off on releasing these drones in the U.S. and it's possible they never will. You can buy them in just about every country on the planet except for the U.S. right now.
