Thanks Oliver - I honestly have never understood why I would want to do B&W with a sunset scene. I confess to being mostly a color guy.
With your permission, I took the liberty to do a quick BW conversion. When I saw the color version, I felt it's a classic BW, there is a lot of latitude to play around the tones.
Interesting take on the scene but I still prefer the color.
Dan, great series of photos. Did you hear the weather forecast ? I wonder if it would be possible to go to Yosemite Valley on the weekend, right now there is a blizzard going on.
