A couple of weeks ago I paid a visit to my favorite waterfall haunt in the Siuslaw National Forest - Sweet Creek. I was looking for new ways to frame compositions along this waterway as I have hiked the trail there on quite a number of occasions and decided to use a sequence of vertical frames at 19mm to make a panorama of a scene that never quite fit into my viewfinder. This is 4 frames wide and stitched in Lightroom.

Another image from my NW Scotland trip. Falls of Measach in the Corrieshalloch gorge. Taken on yet another wet and windy day. I hadn't visited here in about 50 years and was wondering if I could find alternative viewpoints but as you can see it is impossible. I did follow the river above the main 150ft falls but couldn't get a decent viewpoint, through the trees, on any of the various 20-40ft falls. The images are taken from the footbridge above the falls and from the viewing platform just visible from the footbridge. This is not my kind of location as all that you can do is take your images from those locations with no alternatives, oh and spray just hangs in the air mingling with the rain. Ken
