This is from this morning on Alpine Loop out of American Fork Utah. Three images of Roberts Horn as the sunlight emerged. Never got direct sun on the mountains this morning. Alpine Loop is at prime.

An edit to darken and cool the sky per Jim Dockery's suggestion. I only worked 3 to see f this was what he had in mind.

Great set of shots from that viewpoint. I especially like the last one with the slightly warmer tones on the mountain and the clouds seeming to radiate out from the peak.

Love the colors Ben, looks peak fall for sure. Here we are in the midst of another smoky week with added fog. Even at Rainier, the colors have ways to go. Maybe next week I'll head there assuming the conditions get better.

Thanks Jim, 2 is probably the best other than being a portrait orientation which I dislike for landscapes.

Just to keep it confusing, I like the overall color balance better in #1 than in #3. All are awesome - would love to have been able to take any of the 3.

#2 for me. The colors are much more concentrated & the v-shaped valley echos the shape of the mountain.

Sweet shots Ben with wonderful fall color. The sky looks a bit off to me though, a tad yellow? I'd like to see some deeper blue through the clouds.
