Our focus this week is "the arch". I'm not necessarily looking for images from the park (although those work), but am instead looking for images of arches themselves. Here are a few from my collection:

1) Stornetta Arch (from the spot where you can see through two arches in a line)

2) Eye of Alabama Arch

3) And of course Mesa Arch

I really like your snowy version of Mesa Arch Kyle. Were you the only one there, or was everyone just being careful with their foot steps?
Thanks Jim - I think it was a combination of things. There were people, but probably not as many as usual due to the weather (it was still snowing and the road wasn't in great shape). I was also (along with one other person) the first one there so we could set the line. One person stuck a mini tripod closer to the arch, but the hole from that was easy to clone out. For the most part people were good about not messing things up on a pretty special morning.

I cannot verify the name of this arch but it can be found along Upper Muley Road near the parking area to Strike Valley Overlook in Capitol Reef National Park
