On our way back South towards the Arctic Circle. All the views again from a different perspective. This is from earlier in the voyage, in the crisp Northern air.

I agree. Canmore is often by-passed but it makes a great base for exploring this great area. Much less touristified than Banff. Nice shot of the Sisters, Kyle. You get some nice vantage points from high up in the town.

Another shot from yesterday's light show on my Norwegian trip.

Yesterday, on a cruise up the West Coast of Norway, I saw a wonderful sunset, including a phenomenon I've never seen before - snow blowing off the mountain being lit up like a corona by the setting sun!

Very nice arch and gorgeous with the tree in the middle - and there is a hint of a tree peeking over the top. Exposure looks just fine here - but that's a long way away!
