Snowy Pine

Hi, So one of my promises I told myself this year was to make more time for photography. It's were my heart is, so with that goes the promise to myself to be more active on the forum even if it's only 30 minutes to an hour. Here is a shot I took of some snowy pines after the first dusting of snow in the Grand Canyon. CC always welcome!

Neat to have the ponderosa bark in color with the rest of the scene almost B&W. I like the contrast.

Hey Alisa, This is very nice. I think the contrast in colors in this makes it very strong. Like Ben, I like this one better then the B&W.

Very nice, like others I prefer this to the b&w you posted in that forum, the contrast of the red trunks makes this one. If you'd just had some blue sky it would be a very patriotic image

Nice job on this one, Alisa. I too like the Ponderosa bark in contrast with the snow covered branches and pine needles.

That pine looks very happy and comfortable tucked in there!!!
