Prairies are wonderful places to shoot wildflowers. There is an ongoing parade of wildflowers from early spring to late fall. Here are a few to demonstrate what I am talking about.

Little Elephant Heads are one of my favorites.

Dusky Beardtongue Penstemon

Whipples Penstemon
The little Elephant Heads really do look like little purple elephants :)
