final bloom

this is an old giant Saguaro that fell down last week end in our RV park - I really hate to see them die -however this one gave us a final bloom today

Wonderful light on this bloom Marcy. Sad to see them go when they have made it this long. That looks like a pretty big one.

that was a new arm starting to emerge but they cut it up and threw it way - the green buds were going to be flowers like the one in the photo had not blossomed yet
